Softsolutions! is implementing this project with regional funding within the framework of the Public Notice for the adoption of Smart working business plans. POR FSE 2014-2020. Asse I-Action 8.6.1
The aim of the project is to study the best form of organisation to encourage smartworking which is effective for our company and satisfactory for our people.
The actions include training, organisational and labour law interventions and are structured around a pilot project which will be the first step in our evolution.
