Support and delivery

We are looking for a resource to be included in our “Support, Delivery & Accounting” team.

The person who will work with us will take care of managing direct contacts with our customers (the Traders) by providing them with support on our applications, collaborating in the resolution of trading and financial problems and participating in product delivery.


We are looking for a figure that has:

  • Experience in Help Desk or Customer Service support possibly in the software field;
  • Degree in Economics and Finance;
  • Interest in financial markets and / or Rates product pricing models
  • Knowledge of the Office platform in Windows environment;
  • Knowledge of the English language at medium-high level;

In this role we also need: willingness to travel and good interpersonal skills.

Internally we have the ability to train the person through a process that helps to understand:

  • the operation of our software and the methods of support and configuration of its components;
  • the phases of the market-making process of Rates products;
  • the activity of the Traders in the pricing and trading phases.

Working hours are afternoon-evening.


The workplace is Bergamo and can be easily reached by train or bus (we are very close to the train station and bus lines).

The working conditions are optimal because we aim for a quality relationship: we offer a permanent contract with a corporate welfare system.
